Pending Status is a pending transaction that has not yet been fully processed.

Pending transactions can take up to 24 hours to be processed.

For users located in Brazil, we also offer Boleto Bancário. For this payment method, transactions remain in “pending status” until the bank confirms the payment, this can take from 24 hours to 3 working days. It is also possible to pay Boleto Bancário with PIX (the PIX Code is available in the boleto voucher) and the processing time of the payment is up to 24 hours.
