You can cancel a private question on this app if the advisor hasn't replied to you within 12 hours of asking the question. To cancel a premium service, you need to сlick on the cancel button, and your question will be cancelled.

If you cancel a premium service within 12 hours of asking it and the advisor hasn't replied to you, your premium service will be credited back to your account and you will be able to ask another advisor.
